“Overall: I am very grateful for this place and for the amazing staff. I absolutely love my unit and the location is very convenient. They offer a $50 credit for going on their website and chatting with a current resident. I spoke with a resident prior to moving in and he answered all my questions and was very honest. If you are looking for an apartment in the area, I would highly recommend Fairways at Edinburgh!! Pros: -Office staff, Hunter and Kuan are incredibly knowledgeable, personable, professional and prompt. -Maintenance requests are through Rent Cafe, so you are able to select the category/location of the request and add any comments. Maintenance is extremely prompt, professional and knowledgeable. -Neighbors are friendly. Anyone I come by, either engages in small talk or keeps to themselves. Neighbors are also fairly quiet inside and outside of the property. -I have not encountered any safety issues whatsoever. -My unit is very spacious and was deeply cleaned prior to moving in. I received a welcome basket upon move in and a birthday card — very thoughtful!! -Indoor and outdoor spaces are kept very clean from what I have observed. Cons: -Underground garage spaces are a little tight if you drive a larger vehicle. Also, some blind spots in the garage when coming around corners. (Not everyone pays attention) -Your garage door remote is also used for the doors inside on the main level. It’s a little too bulky to put on my key ring, so if I forget it in my car, I am unable to use it on the door(s) by the main office after business hours unless I go to my car. -Rarely but sometimes hear dogs barking while walking in the hallways (dogs will be dogs, so no big deal). You can’t hear it inside your unit though!”

“I have been living at fairways for 5 years and it’s a nice environment for kids and family. The building is nice and the maintenance crew are very responsive . The pool is very large and user friendly . Good thing is they have two party rooms. The gym is not a weight lifting one, but you can burn some calories running some of their nicer tread machines . If you are not looking to buy a house right now and want a safe and reliable environment, this might be your choice . 🫠😊”

“This place has been really pleasant to live in. The community is very nice and management is always friendly and responsive. Maintenance team are great workers and I truly appreciate the work the staff do to keep this place running for residents to comfortably live in.”
